Mark Pillor is an Associate Attorney with Parker, Kern, Nard & Wenzel, with a practice emphasis in Workers' Compensation defense.

Mr. Pillor worked for a large Northern California Workers' Compensation defense firm, and also worked as an applicant's attorney before joining Parker, Kern, Nard & Wenzel. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Workers' Compensation law, and has handled very complex cases up through the appellate process. He practiced as a business litigator, corporate attorney, and in environmental law before pursuing Workers' Compensation defense.

Mr. Pillor handles all aspects of Workers’ Compensation cases, including advising employers; trial; mediation and subrogation; contribution; and appellate practice. He is also experienced in
employment, civil and administrative matters. He is a Permanent Disability rating instructor for the Insurance Education Association, and lectures to employer and trade groups on Workers'
Compensation and employment issues.

Mr. Pillor is a member of the State Bar of California, and the Eastern and Central Districts of the United States District Court.
