Paul Rodriguez is an associate attorney with Parker, Kern, Nard & Wenzel. His primary area of practice is workers' compensation defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rodriguez worked for a statewide workers' compensation defense firm and also worked as an applicant's attorney. He has extensive experience in all aspects of workers' compensation law and has handled very complex cases up through the appellate process. Prior to his involvement in workers' compensation, he worked in a civil litigation defense firm, practicing in the areas of insurance defense and construction defect litigation.
During law school he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review and served as clerk for the Honorable David Kalemkarian in Fresno Superior Court. He has also served as Secretary for the Alumni Association of San Joaquin College of Law.
