Graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mr. Pavelchik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2011 with majors in History and Philosophy, the latter with a concentration in Ethics & Public Policy. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in a business internship where he managed a local branch of a painting company and was in charge of soliciting business, contract negotiations, the hiring of employees, and oversight of day to day worksite operation.

Mr. Pavelchik attended Seattle University School of Law, having been awarded a Trustee Law Scholarship, and completed his Juris Doctor in 2015.
