William Chaddock is an associate with Parker, Kern, Nard & Wenzel. His primary focus is workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. Chaddock is a long-time valley resident, attending high school and completing his Bachelor’s degree in Bakersfield, California.  Prior to his undergrad studies, he spent extensive time in Latin America and through language immersion, became fluent in Spanish.  He further developed his language skills in college and worked for several years as a court interpreter in the Kern County Superior Court.  After obtaining a business degree, he served valley businesses as a technical sales consultant, advising local employers in Finance and HR software solutions.  Over the many discussions with local owners, he became aware of the increasing legal and administrative perils that Valley-based organizations are facing, and decided to go to law school to be able to advocate for the organizations that make our valley such a great place to work and live.

Mr. Chadddock was honored to be named to the Leon S. Peters Leadership Scholarship and was a 3-time Witkin Award winner, including a distinction in Contract Law, while attending San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis.  He participated in the New Americans Legal Clinic at SJCL, and enjoys volunteering his time with other local organizations, including volunteering with the local Boy Scouts unit where his sons are participants.
