Zachary Madison is an associate with Parker, Kern, Nard &
Wenzel. Mr. Madison is originally from Coeur D' Alene, Idaho and
practices with the firm's workers compensation department.
Zachary Madison earned his Juris Doctorate from
Oakbrook College of Law in Fresno in 2002. In 2004 he was
admitted to the California Bar. He has also been admitted to the
Washington Bar.
Mr. Madison sparked his interest in the law by
taking a look from the inside out when he worked with troubled
youth at the Indiana Department of Probation. During that time
he assisted with internal education and counseling.
After working in Indiana, Mr. Madison was
affiliated with a Chicago based non-profit organization where
assisted in the trademark and tax law practice divisions. Prior
to becoming involved in workers compensation law he was heavily
involved in federal bankruptcy law.
Regarded by many as an aggressive negotiator,
Mr. Madison has fast become an expert lien specialist,
litigating and settling complex liens before various California
Workers Compensation Appeals Boards.
